Chapel House PZ is all about comfortable, relaxing, stress free stays and that includes peace of mind. So, it’s important that you know we’re fully aware of and following Government and Health Service guidelines on coronavirus (COVID-19) and have taken measures to provide the safest possible environment for your stay.

We already have rigorous cleaning routines but have added to those, in particular more frequent cleaning of surfaces, “touch points” such as handles, knobs, light switches and of course public bathrooms. Whilst the all-important frequent hand washing is best done with soap and water, we will be providing hand sanitiser around the house too and there is a supply of hand tissues in all our bedrooms.

The Chapel House team – Lucia, Maddi and I – have made sure that we’re up to speed on how to prevent COVID19 on the premises and implementing that knowledge so that we do our utmost to protect your health and welfare and keep ourselves healthy too.

We need you to do your bit too. Please ensure that you also practise good hand hygiene and if, during your stay you feel at all unwell, especially developing a high temperature, or a newly acquired continuous cough you inform us immediately. Most importantly please do not arrive for a stay at Chapel House PZ if that’s the case or if you have recently stayed in one of the countries where incidences of Corona infection are more advanced than in the UK. We take this really seriously and we reserve the right to ask you to provide evidence of your temperature if we have worries about your state of health.

We will take a sympathetic approach if you need to cancel due to COVID19. For cancellations less

than 10 working days prior to your stay, your deposit would normally be forfeit but we will carry it forward against a future booking during 2020, subject to availability and seasonal price variations. From 20th March 2020 we will offer that same flexibility for cancellations within 5 working days of a stay.
